Specialist Services Team Leader - 6 Month FTC

We are currently looking for Specialist Services Team Leader to join our Triage team. This involves managing a network of counsellors, overseeing various referral processes, and ensuring timely and effective communication with clients and managers. The position requires handling sensitive data, managing invoicing and reporting, and providing training and support to new staff.
The role will involve a range of duties including.

Affiliate Management:
- Recruit, manage, and support a network of over 150 counsellors, including handling documents and DBS checks
- Update affiliate files, gather information, and ensure compliance with new processes and policies
- Provide support and guidance to case managers on affiliate auditing and CORE checks

Training and Support:
- Deliver training to new staff members and create/manage an Affiliate Newsletter.
- Support and guide the Specialist Services Team and assist with complex referrals.
- Attend job interviews, affiliate meetings, and other relevant meetings to support management

Referral Management:
- Complete management and OH referrals, ensuring timely booking and communication with clients and managers.
- Handle risk calls, assist with client queries, and manage additional session requests.
- Track referrals, provide progress reports, and ensure data is sent to the correct parties.
- Invoicing and Reporting:
- Manage invoicing for sessions, track referrals, and provide monthly data reports.
- Quality assure affiliate invoices and handle payment queries.
- Provide daily data on referral progress and attend monthly invoice meetings
The ideal candidate will have:

Experience:
- Proven track record in developing reports and working with KPIs.
- Strong attention to detail and experience in data management.
- Experience liaising with partners, management, and staff.

Skills:
- Strong customer service, IT proficiency, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and develop a growing team.
- Knowledge of safeguarding, confidentiality, and Microsoft Office tools.

Next Steps
- If successful after an initial screening call and two interviews, we will discuss and agree your shift pattern and contract.
- We will provide you with all the IT and workstation equipment needed, and check in with you prior to your start date to ensure you have everything you need
- You will receive a full 4 week induction, online and with others, which starts with an introduction from the Directors, Service Managers, HR & line managers and meeting some of your new colleagues
- We will then support you with “on the job” training to help you practice the skills you will need to perform the role. We have a team of seniors there to support you every step of the way
